Our trip to Cinque Terre will be an entire and unforgettable day dedicated to the discovery of one of the most amazing and enchanting landscapes in the world. Five (cinque) villages, suspended between sea and land, a place where we can immerse ourselves in paradise, listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage site.
Our visit will begin at daybreak, with arrival at La Spezia, where we will take a train to Riomaggiore. The village, dating from the early thirteenth century, is known for its historic character and its wine, produced by the town's vineyards. The houses of Riomaggiore lean one to the other on small cobble ways and sheltered paths.
We will then reach Manarola walking along the famous "Via dell'Amore" (path of Love) which is a romantic and evocative promenade sunken in the rocks falling sheer to the sea. The tiny harbor at Manarola features a boat ramp and picturesque buildings tripping down the ravine.
Our journey will continue to Monterosso, an ancient fishing village considered "the pearl of the Cinque Terre", where we will be overcome by its enchanting beaches and lush vegetation that surround the little town. Here you will have free time to plunge into the crystal sea and to sunbathe, before taking the boat to Vernazza, a seaside town surrounding a little natural port.
